According to actual demand,bottom structure of RV ZSF(H) pneumatic discharge valve is designed to be flat bottom and valve body is V-shaped,and the valve disc with both lifting and lowering work modeds is provided.Inner cavity of valve body is provided with a scour-resistant and corrosion-resistant seal ring.The seal ring can protect valve body form medium scouring and corrosion when the valve is opened instantly.The seal ring is specially treated to make its surface hardness reach HRC5662,with hig abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.Hard alloys are built up by welding on the sealing surface of valve disc.Seal pair appliers linear sealing to guarantee seal reliability and preven scaring,the valve is mainly used for bottom discharge.emptying,sampling and shut-off operation without dead zone in reaction kettles,storage tanks and other vessel.
